Please note that clients who have cancelled appointments within 24 hours on more than two occasions will be asked to pay a 25% deposit when booking future appointments. In the event of cancellations or changes to their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited.  

If you 'no show' an appointment, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit for all future bookings.  Thank you for understanding, and for respecting my time.
