Dear clients, Please note that individuals who cancel appointments  within 48 hours will be asked to pay a $50 deposit when booking future appointments. In the event of cancellations or changes to their appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If a client habitually shows up late (more than 10 mins), they will also be required to pay a deposit for future bookings and will incur an additional late fee of 10% anytime they arrive late. Individuals who no-show without an email or call will be required to pay a $50 deposit if they'd like to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
